Blueberry Recipes You Need To Try!

I got this huge bag of blueberries from Costco on Instacart. I love Costco, but some items—like the blueberries—take up too much valuable real estate in my freezer.

So how did I wind up with all these blueberries? 

As I am shopping on Instacart, the shopper guy messages me that he can't find the size bag I want of frozen blueberries. which I use only for smoothies…

So he starts sending me pictures of every other freaking kind of fruit in the same freezer case! 

I keep telling him NO, just blueberries or nothing at all. - The next thing I see, he's sending me a picture of a bag of frozen mangos. 

What?!  😮

 Once AGAIN, tell him no other fruit but blueberries.

Okay, so low and behold, he sends a pic of frozen blueberries! - Not the original ones I had chosen, but who cares at that point!

So I said - "YES, FINE, I'LL TAKE EM!" - I thought he'd start sending pictures of frozen peas and broccoli if I took too long to reply.

The blueberries arrived, and I manage to get them to fit in my freezer, but I quickly realized this bag was just too large for my freezer, so I am sharing a few quick and effortless recipes to make with blueberries!

Blueberry Recipes 

For a quick healthy breakfast or snack

Blueberry Bliss Oatmeal

💙💙💙💙💙

1 cup of thawed blueberries

1 teaspoon of brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

Cooked Oatmeal

Toss in a few chopped walnuts or almonds **optional, but do I really need to tell you that!?

Directions

Just add into any cooked instant oatmeal.

It's good, and you can even make it in larger amounts if you have people staying with you. 

Throw in some toast with almond butter and some good coffee, a little juice, and
